RYVEN ATHLETICS - OFFICIAL REFUND POLICY

OVERVIEW: ENGINEERED ON-DEMAND Ryven Athletics operates on a specialized made-to-order model. Every piece of apparel is engineered and manufactured specifically for you after your order is placed. Because we do not hold inventory, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for issues not related to manufacturing defects (such as incorrect size selection or change of mind).

1. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR MISPRINTED ITEMS Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. We stand behind the quality of our gear. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

Critical Timeframe: To ensure we can process your claim with our manufacturing partners, you must submit your claim within 5 days of the delivery date (as recorded by the carrier tracking).

  • Note: Ryven Athletics cannot guarantee a resolution for defect claims submitted more than 5 days after delivery, as this falls outside the manufacturer's warranty window.

How to File a Claim:

  1. Email our support team at ryvenathletics@gmail.com.

  2. Subject Line: "Defect Report - Order #[Your Order Number]".

  3. Mandatory: Attach clear, high-quality photos of the issue (e.g., the rip, the crooked print, or the wrong item size tag).

  4. Do not return the item to the sender until we have reviewed your case. Unconfirmed returns will not be accepted.

2. BUYER’S REMORSE & SIZING Because each item is custom-made for you:

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size. Please review the detailed Size Guide on every product page carefully before purchasing.

  • We do not offer refunds for "Change of Mind".

  • All Sales Are Final once the item has entered production.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Per hygiene and safety standards, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Compression wear, tights, and leggings.

  • Socks and underwear.

  • Swimwear.

  • Face masks.

4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS Our production process is automated and begins almost immediately.

  • Before Production: If you contact us immediately (within 2 hours of ordering) and the order has not yet entered production, we can cancel it for a full refund.

  • During Production: Once your gear has entered the manufacturing phase, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

5. LOST PACKAGES

  • Lost in Transit: If the carrier tracking indicates the package is lost, claims must be submitted no later than 5 days after the estimated delivery date.

    • Note: Claims submitted after this window cannot be processed.

  • Wrong Address: Ryven Athletics is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If the package is returned due to an address error, the customer is responsible for the reshipment cost.

6. REFUND PROCESSING If your refund is approved due to a manufacturing error or cancellation, the funds will be automatically returned to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
